Momentum Management shows you
what the power of 'good business' can do for your practice. We are
a team of conscientious, experienced, friendly people, dedicated
to helping you achieve the financial, personal and lifestyle goals
you want, and set for yourself when you started your practice. Rather
than being tied to your practice, we show you how to attain personal
and financial freedom, which until now has seemed out of reach.
Momentum has evolved from the Pride Institute in the United States,
which has 27 years of field proven experience with thousands of
dental offices around the world. You are assigned your own highly-trained
member of our consulting staff who works closely with you and your
staff to solve the immediate problems you want to remedy. With
a combination of one-on-one consulting and workshop training, we
teach you how to achieve consistently higher results from patient
satisfaction, fully trained staff and an overall more profitable
business. All this can be achieved while working fewer patient
hours per week.
Momentum currently runs programs throughout Australia and New Zealand. On average, our clients add $247,307 to their total practice production and their take-home pay increases by double-and-a-half (155%).
