To ensure the everyone's needs can be met, we have a range of services including that of our Management Programme to lift performance and create success in a range of areas; including in-office visits, coaching and membership to our graduate programme (Alumni).

In Practice Training

In Practice Training, available to clients and non-clients, are tailored to meet each practice's individual needs. We will visit your practice and observe, assess, advise, instruct, teach and learn, in order to lift the performance of your practice in any areas you identify. This can range from observing the choreography of your appoints, listening to the verbal skills you and your staff use, having one-on-one meetings with each of your staff members or spending time with the principal dentist and reviewing key performance indicators and what they  really mean to the practice.

Coaching

Part of the success of our Management Programme is the monthly coaching each of our clients participate in. Up to now only clients in the Management Programme have been able to benefit from monthly coaching.  So, due to demand from graduates of our Programme and non-clients alike...we have now introduced coaching to our suite of products.

This means that anyone can purchase a block of coaching sessions and use them on an 'as needed' basis. Coaching alone is particularly relevant if you have a particular goal you want to reach, or have an issue you wish to resolve.

With coaching we provide you with ongoing support to help you expand your professional practice, develop your leadership capacity, hone your office procedures and assist you in the achievement of your personal and professional goals.

Graduates of the Momentum Management Programme

Alumni is all about helping our graduates to maintain the Momentum in their practice and life. This is an ongoing programme providing graduates with leading edge training, coaching and support.

Each year we provide Systems training, team training and Dentist workshops to enhance your lives and your practices.

Alumni members participate in activities and round table discussions. They learn how to enhance existing skills as well as developing new one. Importantly they become part of a lasting community and grow and develop beyond their wildest dreams.
