Magnet - new patient attraction systemMomentum Magnet is a program specifically designed to attract, appoint and retain new patients to your practice. The foundation and first stage for this process is Momentum’s verbal skills training for your front office staff. This ensures every new patient lead has the greatest chance of making an appointment seamlessly and consistently. Best of all, you will be provided with actual recordings of your staff answering “mystery patient” calls each month. These calls will be reviewed by Momentum Management offering feedback, suggestions and support for ongoing training.

Front Office Finesse is the first stage of Momentum Management’s Magnet Program. You will be provided with comprehensive training materials for you and your front office staff which will ensure all new patient enquiries are handled consistently and effectively.
You will receive three audio CD’s contained in the starter kit. One disc for the owner to help you get the most out of your Magnet program, and two discs containing training material for your staff. A full transcript of the training will be provided for your convenience, as well as general advice and guidelines to help you get the most out of Magnet.
In stage two, your staff will be successfully trained in effectively catching new leads through high impact marketing techniques. Magnet is THE solution for attracting and retaining new patients.
Maximise – Comprehensive Management Program
The Maximise Management Program is a 30-month comprehensive package of individual consulting services, workshops, seminars, special events and materials to ensure your success. Become part of an elite group of dentists in your area. Maximise members demonstrate a strong commitment to growth, quality and excellence. You remain with the same group of dentists for the entire 30 months of the course. You will develop camaraderie within the group as it continues and you form close friendships. Most groups become close knit and supportive, often acting as each other's "Board of Directors" to help make decisions and make you aware of your blind spots.

Catering to your individual needs and to assist in the implementation of what you're learning you will be matched with a coach, who will focus on your biggest opportunities for growth. They will mentor and work closely with you and your staff to solve any immediate issues. During these one on one monthly coaching calls you can address difficulties and receive assistance in implementing an action plan that has been custom suited to your practice and has been developed with the assistance of your coach.

The first four workshops focus on implementing systems and development of business skills. Workshops 5-10 you'll learn individual processes to ensure quality management and create excellence as a habit. These workshops are designed to be interactive and focus on real facts and figures from your practice.

You'll be provided access to a wealth of resources via Momentum Clients Portal (Closed User Group) from our website, where you will have access to all sorts of forms, guides and verbal skills scripts. Furthermore, you can also use the portal to communicate with Momentum Staff, Coaches and dentists to ask for advice, look for staff, research equipment or discuss any topics affecting your industry or practice.
