Management Programme

Members to the Management Programme will receive their own username and password to the Clients Only section of our website, where they have access to all sorts of forms, guides and verbal skills scripts such as: monthly and annual expense worksheets, Key Performance Indicators, confrontation scripts, staff meeting agendas, new patient and case acceptance rate tracking forms, growth conference and salary review forms, patient exam forms, consultation preparation guides.

You name it we have a form or a script for it!

ALUMNI

Alumni is for those Management Program members who have completed (or about to complete) the programme and want to continue to build their network and skills, both professionally and personally.

Alumni provides our members with continuing information, tailored for the members of the group, and a network of peers. Dentistry is a lonely profession and we at Momentum offer a tight-knit community where dentists can obtain and offer advice and information with fellow like-minded dentists.

We do this by planning and facilitating workshops & meetings in which dentists’ concerns are covered and new information is presented to them, with ongoing coaching support:

• state based team development workshops
• 2 dentist workshops to cover topics of concern
• A personal / business strategic plan and annual planning weekend retreat. Areas covered in this planning session are business as well as personal
• Monthly executive coaching – a high level executive coach provides each member with monthly coaching sessions (if a member requires more dental practice management coaching then there is the capacity to substitute the coach with one of our management programme coaches)

As well:

• Members and their staff can attend any / all Management Programme Workshops (this is available to graduates of the Management Programme)
• Alumni members and their spouse (and non-Momentum dentist friends) can attend any /all Momentum public Seminars (excluding Training for the Effective Practice Manager), with a Friend rate for their staff
• Members can take advantage of in-office Staff Training and Practice Assessment. This is a day long programme, which is tailored based on the needs and interests of the member and is offered to Alumni members at a significantly reduced rate.
